Sammy Cooper is the principal consultant, a proud Gumbaynggirr woman from the saltwater people on the mid-north coast of New South Wales with strong cultural ties to  the First Nations community in Queensland.
With significant experience in community engagement, bespoke workshops on cultural intelligence tailored to business and organisational needs, she has held numerous specialty roles in both government and not-for-profit sectors, including advising organisations and business units on cultural protocols and culturally sensitive issues, program co-design, research, policy and evaluation.

Sammy is a strong advocate for First Nations peoples and communities, specialising as a lived experience expert in domestic and family violence. She works closely with organisations to co-design workshops and policies to empower organisations to support survivors of domestic and family violence, mitigate risk and provide holistic and meaningful opportunity for positive change.
